Adds CLAUDE.md capturing post-mortem suggestions for STRINGS-3714. Verified: tmp/compiled.yaml gitignored, doc/compiled.json tracked, Makefile lint target, breaking-changes workflow, schemas/project_details.yaml exist. Docs-only; no tests.
