• crates lakekit-core, lakekit-iceberg, and lakekit (directories, package names, code paths lakekit_core::/lakekit_iceberg::);
• docs, guides, specs (history noted in spec 2), CI, and the changelog;
• the repository is polythings/lakekit; GitHub redirects the old URLs.

No behaviour changes. Checks: rustfmt, clippy (native and wasm32) with -D warnings, 32 unit tests, the iceberg-rust round trip, and the doctests pass. Nothing was published under the old names.

Timelake (polythings/timelake#186) and lakeglass (polythings/lakeglass#12) move to the new names in their PRs.
