Successful init now completes
connectPrismic, allowing browser onboarding to confirm the local connection when the user returns. Completion uses the existing idempotent endpoint rather than read-then-toggle, so repeated or concurrent commands cannot undo progress. Reporting failure remains nonfatal, and Instant Start handoff reporting is preserved.Validation
Passed formatting, lint, TypeScript, and two focused tests covering atomic concurrent/repeated reporting and failed requests. Added integration coverage for repeated successful init and the existing starter handoff.
The local staging integration suite is blocked before tests execute: its legacy repository-creation endpoint returns HTTP 404. The initial draft passed CI. This PR is now closed; follow-up commit
