chore(ad-hoc): remove CocoaPods support - #542

Drop podspecs, pod trunk scripts and workflows (push_podspecs, add-pod-owner), and stop touching podspecs in UpdateVersion.sh and the release candidate workflow. Swift Package Manager is now the only supported distribution.

Description
CocoaPods support is being discontinued, and there is no longer a reason to maintain podspecs or the trunk publishing pipeline.
Solution
Fully removes CocoaPods from the project:
ProcessOut.podspec,ProcessOutCoreUI.podspec,ProcessOutUI.podspecandProcessOutNetcetera3DS.podspec.Scripts/PushPodspecs.shandScripts/AddPodOwner.sh.push_podspecsandadd-pod-ownerGitHub workflows.Scripts/UpdateVersion.shno longer rewrites podspec versions.*.podspecto the release PR.Swift Package Manager is now the only supported distribution method.
