Adds the Profullstack OpenWebring links (previous / ring / next) to the site-wide footer in
apps/web/src/components/Layout.jsx, server-rendered, withfrom=https://d3vices.com/. Bumpssw.jsVERSION v6 -> v7 so returning readers (cache-first worker) see the new footer.The
.well-known/openwebring.jsonfile is skipped: each/.well-knownpath is an explicit route inapp.js, so it would need a routing change.build:client, biome check, bun test (71 pass) and the static export pass on the committed tree.
