Adds the child-safety text that legal asked for (owner, 2026-10-27), modelled on the Bumble and Hinge approach and adapted for India:

• 18+ only, zero tolerance.
• When we become aware: we remove the content, ban the accounts involved and don't tip them off.
• Reporting: to law enforcement in India under POCSO 2012 and the IT Act 2000 (police and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal), and optionally to NCMEC.
• Preservation: at least 180 days, or longer on request, in line with IT Rules 2021 r.3(1)(g); access is limited to the safety lead, and the data is never used for training.
• Guidance for members: don't screenshot, save or forward the material; report it in the app or at cybercrime.gov.in / 1930.

The matching sharing (§7) and retention (§9) lines are added too. Lint and build pass.
