Adds deserializer node in DT and corresponding GMSL sensor nodes. Requires patch in kernel. Note that the max9296a deserializer on Kodiak has only 2 ports - A and B. However, because we need to support the following configurations: GMSL A only on PHY4 GMSL B only (using DIP switch) on PHY3 GMSL A and GMSL B muxed mode on PHY 4 GMSL B and GMSL A muxed mode on PHY 4 Therefore 4 child nodes were needed.
