Additional description

Embeds the Quill step-by-step onboarding video.

• Quill start page: a new "Watch the full setup" section between "How it works" and "Explore the documentation": a card with a short lead, a link to Getting Started, and a poster of the current Quill dashboard. The video opens in a modal, so nothing loads from YouTube until someone presses play. The hero's secondary button is now "Watch the setup" and scrolls smoothly to this section.
• Getting Started > Overview: a "Prefer a video? Onboarding" bullet in the intro note, above "In this article", linking to the start page's video section.
• New components: QuillWalkthrough (the card) and VideoDialog (the modal, in Common).
• remark-video-embeds now checks <QuillWalkthrough>'s url too, so a deleted or private video still fails CI.
• The poster is a screenshot of the current dashboard, rendered from Quill's Storybook mock data. The mock's Claude model names were swapped for gpt-4.1 and gpt-4o-mini, since the docs list OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and Ollama.

• the new "Video walkthrough" panel and the "Prefer to watch?" bullet in quill/getting-started/overview.mdx
