Updated the kernel for RM6785
Updated download link for RM6785 from single tag to releases (now users can check every releases and download the latest release or old if wanted)

New kernel release for RM6785.
Also, switched the download link from a specific tag to whole release section so that the user can choose whether to download the latest release or old if wanted (and optionally to reduce the amount of pull request, since now I don't need to create pull requests everytime I release a kernel update.)
