Adds a minimum-version note to the README for
Client.enable_retry().Why
Users on older releases who follow the README get
AttributeError: 'Client' object has no attribute 'enable_retry'(see #316). The README on the default branch documents the retry API
without saying which version introduced it.
enable_retrywas added in#308 and first shipped in v2.0.0.
