OIDC_TLS_CACERTFILErow in the env-var reference to match rommapp/romm#1589's fix (branchfix/oidc-ca-bundle-1589). The setting now takes a PEM, DER or.p7bbundle, or a directory, and trusts those CAs alongside the system store.Hold this until the romm change merges.
