What

certifi 2026.2.25 → 2026.10.19 (uv.lock only)

  • gh-action-pypi-publish is bumped to v1.14.3 (SHA-pinned), the first release with the fix.

Why

The eMudhra/emSign intermediate CAs were compromised, and certifi 2026.10.19 removes the emSign roots. The minimum fixed versions are listed in Python's advisory. requests/httpx verify TLS against certifi, so the old lock still trusted the compromised chain.

Testing

I relocked with uv lock --upgrade-package (uv 0.13.4). uv sync --locked && uv run pytest passes.
