• Sentry 11: removes SentrySpanProcessor / SentrySampler / SentryPropagator / SentryContextManager, which src/provider.ts is built on. agentic-api also pins @sentry/node 10.x directly, so this needs a coordinated 3.0.0 + agentic-api change.
• Vitest 5: requires Node 22.12+; CI tests the Node 20.20.2 floor.
• TypeScript 7: tsup's dts build needs the TS JS API.

Notes

• tsup's dts build injects baseUrl, deprecated in TS 6. tsup.config.ts sets ignoreDeprecations: '6.0' for the dts build only. Moving to tsdown is needed before TS 7.
• Pyroscope 0.5+ validates that tags and appName contain none of { } , =. Invalid config throws inside the existing try/catch in initializePyroscope (logged + sent to Sentry, no crash).
• lint-staged 17 requires Node 22.22+; it only runs in the local pre-commit hook.

Test plan

• npm run build && npm run typecheck && npm run lint && npm test (55 tests passing, Node 26 locally)
• CI on Node 20.20.2 and 24.x
• After merge, run the release workflow, then bump agentic-api from 2.1.1
