fix(requests): complete pending requests when media becomes available - #3659
When media turned available, any pending request for it was moved to approved instead of completed. Approved requests are picked up for sending to Radarr or Sonarr, so a request for something that already existed could be sent to the *arr again.
Pending requests for the matching 4K or non-4K side are now completed directly, and their seasons are marked completed with them. This runs in afterUpdate instead of beforeUpdate, so the request subscribers read the media as already available. The season loading for the later status check stays in beforeUpdate.
Requests for media that becomes available are now marked as completed, along with associated season requests. This applies to both standard and 4K versions and prevents completed requests from being sent as newly approved. Request status now better reflects when the requested media is available, including when individual seasons are still pending.

Walkthrough
When media changes from pending to available, MediaSubscriber completes matching pending requests and their seasons instead of approving requests. The subscriber loads season data before the update. Tests cover movie and TV request completion.

A pending request rests in the queue The movie arrives, its status turns through Seasons complete, no duplicate call A rabbit checks each row, big and small Then hops away, pleased with it all

The new subscriber test covers only a movie with no requested seasons. It does not check season status. completePendingRequests sets each request.seasons entry to COMPLETED and then saves the request. If that season update stops persisting for TV requests, this test still passes.
Add a test that:
Creates a MediaType.TV media item with status PENDING.
Creates a pending MediaRequest with one or more SeasonRequest rows in PENDING status.
Sets the media status to AVAILABLE.
Asserts that the request and each season request are COMPLETED in the database.

Pending requests were moved to approved when their media turned available, which could send them to
the *arr. They are now completed along with their seasons, after the media update so request subscribers
see it as available.
