jutsu is pstack by Lauren Tan (poteto), ported to Claude Code inside T3 Code.
One command, /jutsu, turns on poteto mode. It routes each task to one of pstack 0.15.29's 23 playbooks (bug fix, feature, refactor, babysit a PR, overnight run…), applies its 24 principles, and proves the work before it calls it done. In T3 it uses T3's own tools: parallel threads in their own worktrees, PR watching, schedules, the browser, and simulators.
In Claude Code, or in a T3 Claude thread:
/plugin marketplace add sergchil/jutsu
/plugin install jutsu@jutsu
Start a new thread after the install. A marketplace plugin's commands always carry its name, so the mode command is /jutsu:poteto-mode <task>. $jutsu <task> at the start of a line works too, through jutsu's mode hook.
T3 instances with their own Claude config dir. A marketplace install lands only in the config dir of the session that ran it. When a T3 Claude instance sets its own homePath or CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR, install from a clone instead. It links jutsu into every config dir T3 uses and gives the short /jutsu command:
git clone https://github.com/sergchil/jutsu.git
cd jutsu && ./install.shUse one of the two per config dir. Claude Code loads a marketplace copy over a linked one, so the installer skips a dir that has the marketplace copy and prints the command that removes it.
Needs Claude Code 2.1.292+, and Python 3.9+ for ./install.sh. The T3 tools need T3 Code nightly from 2026-10-03; without T3, jutsu falls back to plain Claude Code. If another pstack port is installed, the installer says how to turn it off.
Also needs bun and the GitHub CLI gh on your PATH. Neither ships with macOS or T3. bun runs watch-pr, the PR verdict that Babysit and Shipping use, and orch, the program store behind Orchestrate. Their first run installs one small package (commander) next to the scripts, so it needs the network once. gh handles every PR step. The installer warns when either is missing; everything else works without them.
- Type
$jutsu <task>in a T3 thread, or/jutsu <task>(/jutsu:poteto-mode <task>with the marketplace install). Poteto mode stays on for the thread;/jutsu offstops it (/jutsu:poteto-mode offor$jutsu offwith the marketplace install). - More commands:
/jutsu:setup-pstackpicks models and effort per role,/jutsu:poteto-helpsays which skill fits, and/jutsu:how,/jutsu:why,/jutsu:arena,/jutsu:swarmand the rest of pstack's skills.
One request, three changes: jutsu launches a T3 thread per change in its own worktree, then reviews all three.
Marketplace install: /plugin uninstall jutsu@jutsu. Clone install:
./uninstall.shRemoves everything jutsu added to each Claude config folder that T3 uses: the plugin link, its session state, and its settings file. Your repos are not touched. Then delete this folder.
Marketplace install: /plugin marketplace update jutsu, then start a new thread. Clone install: git pull. When poteto releases a new pstack, a weekly GitHub workflow opens a pull request that lists exactly what to port (docs/UPDATING.md).
jutsu fixes three pstack bugs that are still open upstream: #449, #470, and watch-pr on a repo with no CI (PR #510). Evidence for every cell, 11 repos, and our own known gaps: docs/COMPARISON.md. Live tests: docs/TESTED.md.
