Fixes #609

The s03 simulator previously showed rm -rf /tmp/build-cache passing the hard deny list, although the lesson's substring check rejects it. Use rm -rf ./tmp/build-cache so the example reaches the confirmation rule and matches the existing permission visualization.

Only the simulator JSON changes; the lesson code and chapter READMEs are unchanged.

Validation against upstream main 7226f555d48900076eba126acf37c9ed5f002b5d:

  • Parsed the scenario as JSON and extracted its Bash command.
  • Executed the lesson's actual permission functions in isolation, without initializing an API client or executing Shell commands.
  • Confirmed the original absolute-path example is hard-denied.
  • Confirmed the corrected command passes Gate 1 and matches the destructive-command rule.
  • Confirmed yes permits the call, while n and Enter deny it.
  • git diff --check passed.

The full Python suite and Web build were not run for this one-line scenario text change.

AI assistance: Codex helped inspect the code, prepare the fix, and validate the permission flow.

Related: #365 / #375 fixed the chapter README example; this fixes the remaining simulator JSON. The branch is based on current upstream main.
