Every merge to main that changes src/, spec/ or pyproject.toml now:

  1. runs the full CI workflow,
  2. computes the next version from Conventional Commit subjects since the last vX.Y.Z tag (scripts/next_version.py),
  3. builds and publishes to PyPI with trusted publishing (environment pypi),
  4. tags the commit and creates a GitHub release with generated notes.

The version is no longer hard-coded: hatch-vcs derives it from tags, and opencode.__version__ reads the installed metadata.

Merging this PR triggers the first release, 0.1.0. Before merging, register the PyPI pending publisher (project opencode-python-sdk, workflow release.yml, environment pypi). If it isn't registered, the publish job fails and nothing is tagged.

Versions come from git tags via hatch-vcs. The release workflow runs CI, computes the next version
from Conventional Commit subjects, publishes to PyPI with trusted publishing, then tags and creates
a GitHub release. CI no longer runs separately on pushes to main.
