How to use:

• Download the code listed below including the gamemode files (put the folder dtb in your gamemodes folder)
• Configure your IRC settings (dtb/irc/data.pwn).
• Configure your MySQL settings (dtb/db/data.pwn).
• Compile dtb.pwn.
• Download the GeoIP database files to your server scriptfiles directory.
• Start your server.
