Keep session loading parallel with identity lookup, but render rows only once the caller’s role and ownership identity are known. Immediately render cached sessions when identity arrives, including for API-key users, instead of waiting for the next five-second poll. Show an explicit error if identity lookup fails.
Cover both response orders and role/ownership-dependent actions. Connections already loads folders after identity, so retain that implementation and add delayed-identity/credentials coverage for admin, operator and viewer roles. No backend authorization changes.
