Bump Kit to 8.5 and Codama renderers-js to 2.7 - #122

This PR bumps `@solana/kit` to 8.5 (dev and peer), the Kit plugins to 0.19 and `@solana-program/system` to 0.16 in the JS client, and bumps `@codama/renderers-js` to 2.7 at the root before regenerating the client. The regenerated code accepts `Address | HasAddress` for addresses, and this PR widens the hand-written helpers to match: the create, update and write plans, `getProgramAuthority`, the metadata content fetchers and `packExternalData`. Close destinations passed as address wrappers are now honoured instead of silently falling back to the payer, and tests cover each path end to end. Raising the `@solana/kit` peer range to `^8.5.0` means consumers need to be on Kit 8.5 or later.
