refactor: remove update channels - #989

Read only the bravo-public feed and remove the channel from the user settings, the options, the update model, the GetCurrentVersion parameter, the UpdateChannel policy and its ADMX/ADML templates, the About selector and the translations. An UpdateChannel policy already set is ignored. Remove what only the channel used: the force parameter of the About update check, the selector margin and the IUpdateInfo interface. Document that the update feed version is the four-field file version, and that publish.cmd passes 0.0.0 to WiX.
