feat(drawer): link Steam IDs to the Steam Community profile - #73

The SteamID, Steam3 and Community values in the player drawer now open https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/<steam64> in a new tab, so admins no longer have to paste the ID into a search engine. The URL is only built from a 17-digit Steam64, so IP-only bans and malformed authids stay plain text. The copy buttons are unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
