Pins all four steps to v0.7.0.
This is the first release whose bundle is built at release time and committed onto the tagged commit rather than kept in
main, so merging this is also the end-to-end test that a tag-built bundle actually runs — something the action's own CI cannot cover, since it only ever runs a bundle built moments earlier in the same job.v0.7.0makes thepathinput required.
