Seminar work in the problem-based learning during B. Sc. in Bioinformatics at TU Munich. Unfortunately, a part of code was lost, however the final report is there wholly (see Final_Report.pdf). Intermediate presentation is available here. Early schema of the project is processing-schema.jpg.
