Bring in sqd-network 11f4230 (sqd-network#216), which pings-collector 2.5.3-rc1 already runs in production, so releases from main keep it. Bump pings-collector to 2.8.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings the transport fix from
2.5.3-rc1, which runs on mainnet and testnet, ontomain, so releasing frommaindoesn't drop it. Supersedes #69.11f4230(sqd-network#216, still open). When a dial to a registered worker's cached address fails, the transport now schedules a new lookup for that worker instead of leaving it unreachable.logs-collector also maintains worker connections, so it gets the same behaviour on its next build.
