Bumps adminapi_release to 0.122.0 with refreshed checksums for both arches.

🤖 Changelog (0.115.0 → 0.122.0, 8 releases skipped in one jump): all in supabase/supabase-admin-api. Nothing DB-schema-related; no migrations. Notable behavior changes now shipping together:

• New endpoints: /postgres/stopped (hibernation), walg tuning trigger, refresh-collation, cloud-init reinit, disk-usage bytes reporting, revised db_integrity API contract.
• v0.119.0: on suspend, admin-api now stops Postgres and drops Realtime replication slots — a real behavior change to the suspend path, worth double-checking with whoever owns hibernation/suspend if it hasn't been validated already.
• v0.116.1: fixed JSON casing on the (also-new) /postgres/stopped response before it ever shipped — no compat concern.
• v0.118.0: Chi router bumped to v5 (internal dependency, low risk).
• Bug fixes along the way (ctx timeouts, sudoers prefix, postgrest metrics port fallback, wrong postgres config setting) — all fixes, no regressions apparent from the messages.

Safe / state changes: No SQL migrations, no Postgres source/version change (nix/config.nix untouched), no shared_preload_libraries or default-extension changes. Impact is scoped to the AMI's admin-api sidecar binary.
