Relaunch prep for v0.2.0, the first npm release.

Changed

  • npm package renamed to @surlymochan/openflow. The unscoped openflow name is taken by an unrelated package. The CLI is still xflow. Install docs and the CLI's copy-paste commands are updated to match.
  • package.json now has repository, homepage, bugs, keywords, author, engines.node >= 22.5 (needed for node:sqlite) and a public publishConfig. The version is bumped to 0.2.0.
  • README rewritten: problem statement, a demo GIF recorded from a real CLI run (a faked red TDD proof gets rejected), a 3-minute start, single-gate usage, and collapsible capability and docs tables.
  • Docs: CHANGELOG.md is new, and RELEASE_NOTES.md has a 0.2.0 section.

Fixed

  • agent_invoke EPIPE crash: it no longer throws an uncaught EPIPE when an agent CLI exits before reading its stdin prompt. This caused intermittent heavy-atoms test failures.
  • xflow serve: its fallback message no longer links to an unpublished repository.

Verification (local, Node 22)

  • npm test: 275 passed, 1 skipped, 0 failed (two full runs).
  • npm run drift:scan: 9/9.
  • npm publish --dry-run: 188 files, about 323 kB. The demo GIF is excluded from the package.
  • Installing the packed tarball into an empty project works: xflow init, goal set, doctor and workflow validate yolo all pass.

- package: scoped name (unscoped 'openflow' is taken on npm), repository/
  homepage/bugs/keywords/author, engines node>=22.5, public publishConfig
- README rewrite with a demo GIF recorded from a real CLI run
- CHANGELOG.md and 0.2.0 release notes
- fix uncaught EPIPE in agent_invoke when an agent exits before reading stdin
- drop pointer to an unpublished server repo from 'xflow serve'
