We are the competitive programming club at SUST. This organisation holds the platform the club actually runs on — one place for members, contests, announcements and ratings, instead of the group chats and spreadsheets it replaced.
It is live at sustcpgeeks.me.
- Members — verified sign-up with email OTP and ID card review, so the directory is actual SUST students rather than anyone who found the link
- Ratings — Codeforces and AtCoder profiles and leaderboards, refreshed by a background job so a page load never waits on an upstream site, and an outage there cannot empty a leaderboard
- Club life — announcements, events, contests and a curated problemset
- Contest ranking — VJudge-based ICPC-style standings with PDF export, for running and archiving internal contests
| cp-geeks-backend | REST API — Rust, Axum, PostgreSQL on Neon |
| cp-geeks-frontend | Web app — React, Vite |
Most of us are learning backend work while building this, so the guides are written for a first-time contributor rather than assuming you already know the stack.
- Contributing guide — setup, the commands CI runs, how branches and commits work
- Triage guide — the failure modes this project has actually hit, and how to tell them apart
- API reference — every endpoint, request and response
Open an issue on the relevant repository — there are forms for a bug, a production incident and a feature request. If the site is misbehaving right now, the triage guide is worth two minutes first: several problems look exactly like "the server is down" until you check, and it tells you what to include so the report is actionable.
