What happened?
Paying a contact that can receive payment requests sometimes skipped the Request or Pay sheet, and tapping Pay took long to open the amount screen.
Expected behavior
Pay shows the Request or Pay sheet for eligible contacts and opens the amount screen promptly, with a loading state while the payment is prepared.
