Dropdown menus on machines page do not scroll

Description

The drop down menus on the machines page do not scroll, instead they grow off screen. I have many users on my network and am unable to filter by users is the user is too low in the list.

Plan: Fix dropdown menus not scrolling on machines page

Root cause

The machines page filter dropdowns (User, Tag, Status, Route) are rendered by FilterDropdown in app/routes/machines/components/machine-filters.tsx, which uses the shared Menu/MenuContent primitives from app/components/menu.tsx. The MenuContent popup (BaseMenu.Popup) has no max-height or overflow constraint, so with many users/tags the menu grows unbounded and extends off-screen instead of scrolling.

Note: the project's Select component (app/components/select.tsx:97-103) already solves this for combobox popups with max-h-72 w-full overflow-auto. The menu primitive just was never given the same treatment.

Fix

Add max-h-72 overflow-auto to the BaseMenu.Popup in app/components/menu.tsx (MenuContent), matching the Select popup styling:

"min-w-50 max-h-72 overflow-auto rounded-lg py-1",

This is a one-line change to a shared primitive, so it fixes the machines filter dropdowns and any other Menu-based dropdown that overflows (e.g. the row action menu) without altering behavior for short menus.

Verification

1. pnpm run typecheck (may print a benign git describe warning; exits 0).
2. Manual sanity check: open the machines page with many users, open the User filter — the list should scroll within a bounded height rather than grow off-screen.

Notes / scope

• No data/API changes; purely presentational.
• The fix lives in the shared menu component rather than only the machines page, consistent with the existing Select pattern and the project's "Simple starts" tenet.
