Patch Vite to 8.1.6 and keep pnpm as the sole source lock. Remove the unused npm lock, which held stale Vite and source-map-js entries. Both maintained publish jobs install frozen pnpm; README npm install is a consumer command. Existing source-map-js in pnpm is already patched.

Resolves Dependabot #58 and #66–68. git grep -n -E 'npm (ci|install)|package-lock' origin/main -- . ':!package-lock.json' ':!pnpm-lock.yaml' finds only publish.yml frozen-pnpm and README consumer install. have confirms the maintained publishing workflow.

Validation at d7a4ed7:

  • Exact-head frozen pnpm install, typecheck, build and full suite passed: 31 files / 532 tests. Gate beelink1-86feda927c7d0e99c0b5a5dd1de66f20, exit 0.
  • Includes real SQL-backed persistence, HTTP middleware, A2A, and protected Runtime composition integration.
  • Independent review of the dependency patch and dual-lock removal found no blockers. Existing review/comments inspected before merge.

No published runtime dependency or API changes; package releases retain their current owner and controls.

Reviewed removal of the unused duplicate npm lock: release workflows consume frozen pnpm at publish.yml lines 30 and 72, and packageManager is pnpm. Vite remains on major 8. No blocking findings; exact-head typecheck/build and 532 tests passed.
