Changes

• Remove the duplicate center title from the sandbox app template while preserving its file title and workspace controls.
• Use the maintained Agent App and Sandbox UI header/composer APIs in the orchestrator template, preserving the session title, description, status, and back action in one compact header.
• Compose the public Sandbox UI and Brand Tailwind presets and import their maintained styles so generated workspaces receive the component theme.
• Keep generated Next consumers compatible with the published package cohort and fix the renderer extensionless local import for Next compilation.

Validation

• Strict peer installs, typechecks, and production builds passed for generated Agent App and sandbox app consumers on GTR.
• Chrome desktop and 390x844 responsive views show one compact header and preserved route/file controls.
• The sandbox app visual proof uses a local in-memory fixture only; it does not exercise sandbox auth, spend, or a deployed customer app.
• Screenshots are retained locally at /tmp/starter-foundry-agent-desktop.png, /tmp/starter-foundry-agent-mobile.png, and /tmp/starter-foundry-sandbox-desktop.png.
