The node-operator table stops at v1.13.0 and omits the v1.10.2 patch. Add v1.13.1, v1.13.2, and v1.10.2 with publication dates, operator summaries, and priorities from their GitHub release notes.
Include v1.14.0 dated September 7, 2026, with its final release URL. Link to the existing T11 guide and record the scheduled testnet/mainnet activations on September 9/10 at 14:00 UTC. Merge after v1.14.0 is published.
