Document MLIR adoption

Can we maintain an .md or a doc table about MLIR adoption in projects with i.e. a status (planned, in-progress, complete) or target dates if known/declared.
The same could be interesting for dialects.

Thanks for filing this issue: this is actually something we're aware of and I'm actively working on this (just juggling with actually moving the code to LLVM).

I expect some update on this next month.
