Replace the x402 prerelease dependencies in v4.14.0 with stable SDK releases and pin the tested dependency graph: core 1.1.1, tron 2.0.0, evm 1.1.1, and fetch 1.1.0. Update the lockfile so all x402 packages resolve core 1.1.1.
Only package.json and package-lock.json change.
