Adds a configurable rigid L bracket for common NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 motor mounting patterns. It reuses the existing NEMA hole spans and pilot dimensions, with separate motor and base clearance holes and an explicit mounting-face/shaft-axis datum.

The motor mounting face and shaft axis share the origin, +Y is up and +Z follows the shaft. The base extends toward -Z under the motor. Common fixing spans are 31/47.14 mm; 23/39.1 mm openings clear the representative 22/38.1 mm pilots. Bracket dimensions and base drillings are custom, not NEMA standards or a load rating. Circumscribed holes preserve minimum circular clearance; resolution guards account for their maximum radius.
Contract tests, typecheck, formatting, build and diff checks passed locally. Source-group result: 82 pass,0 fail,2043 assertions.
