Summary
Reuse existing retention, publication, snapshot and cleanup behavior, including decoded header wrappers. Effect owns framing and decoding limits.
Evidence
Before: NDJSON response endpoints are omitted from HTTP utility trees.
After: Seventeen public NDJSON cases and TypeScript 7/5.9 fixtures pass, including decoding failures/services, cancellation, header wrappers and SSE-policy exclusions. Isolated Effect 4.0.7 checks pass alongside the 4.0.6 baseline.
Final combined validation passes all 790 tests, both application builds and documentation/link checks.
Branch validation passes
vp run quality, including all four Fallow audits, both public compilers, runtime tests, and framework consumers. Intent maintenance reports zero pending items. One minor changeset covers NDJSON query-view support. Compiler-fixture cleanup does not request a release.
Merge Danger
Door: two-way
Blast Radius: HTTP
Generated trees gain NDJSON leaves. Existing SSE identities and controls are preserved. Shared planning and Intent snapshots may need refresh after another focused PR merges.
