Runs the jobs that use
SR_RELEASER_PRIVATE_KEYin thereleaseenvironment, which onlymaincan deploy to (managed by urmzd/infra#16). As a repo-level secret, any branch that edits its workflow could read the key, which can push tomainpast the ruleset. The repo-level secret is removed once every repo has moved.
