Update the getting-started guide to describe the single Argo CD VP instance. Change the automated supply-chain instructions to use the vp-gitops namespace for pipeline resources and commands, matching the ZTVP deployment after validatedpatterns/layered-zero-trust#187.

I'm waiting for a validatedpatterns member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work.

@p-rog This is looking good, but can I get you to look specifically at the diagrams/images and ensure that nothing there is impacted by this change? I can't see anything but I'm not as familiar with the pattern as you are.

I've checked yesterday full layered zero trust installation procedure including all images. This change is not visible directly in any diagram/image, hence we are good to go with this update.
