Overall, the changes are correct. Just a few minor adjustments are needed to align them with other changes in the main branch.

…healthcheck) The install target was changed to 'operator-deploy load-secrets' which completes before ArgoCD has finished syncing all applications. The CI interop tests then run immediately and find empty namespaces (stackrox, qtodo, qtodo-db, quay-enterprise) and unhealthy ArgoCD apps. Adding argo-healthcheck ensures the install step blocks until all ArgoCD apps are Healthy/Synced before the pipeline proceeds to the interop-test task. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Add argo-healthcheck as prerequisite to run-ci-tests so the interop tests only start after all ArgoCD applications are Healthy/Synced. The install target (operator-deploy load-secrets) completes while ArgoCD is still deploying late-wave applications. Without this wait, namespaces like stackrox, qtodo, qtodo-db, and quay-enterprise have no pods when the tests run (~25 min needed for full convergence). Include new CI Folder and override file to run pipelines, test the pipeline successfully in the VP CI pipeline.
