Use the Intel TDX attestation musing in veraison#41 as the structural reference for concepts, report format, signing, provisioning, verification, and TCB lifecycle. Implementation details are based on scheme/sevsnp in veraison/services at 9feadfecdab84c4e9c2d8d35eb77009991e7f99c. They describe that revision and its limitations, rather than all capabilities of the AMD architecture. Add an AMD SEV-SNP attestation overview, following the structure of the Intel TDX musing in #41 and grounded in the Veraison services implementation.
The document covers report structure, certificate chains, evidence transport, CoRIM provisioning and reference lookup, verification, EAR results, and TCB lifecycle. It documents current implementation limitations, including VLEK claim conversion, skipped appraisal fields, and disabled revocation checks.
