Registration keeps its transaction behavior and logs an absent joined-activity result without referencing err in an Option handler.
Validation with vlang/v master
4fde44ad1e:Current V type check and registration_atomicity_test.v pass. first_run.v smoke script was also invoked; it exits successfully.
Based on current upstream
masterin an isolated worktree. Documentation and relevant regression coverage are included where behavior/API changed.
