Update agent quickstart and agent-evaluation notebook markdown to direct supported agent conversations to Agent Lens and the current guides. Keep evaluation result navigation in Weave.

Review and publication notes

No notebook provider execution or refreshed output is claimed. Historical Weave evaluation output is preserved. New screenshots/output require a separate run of the matching notebook before replacing those assets.
