Feature description
Ctrl shift is used to block select text using the keyboard. Limiting this to changing screens breaks that quick edit feature on windows. This will also allow for custom setups that users are comfortable with for the other key bindings. For example using ctrl-tab instead of ctrl-shift will allowing block select of text. also ctrl-w and not alt-w for closing windows is more of a standard.
Implementation Suggestion
Use a json keybindings file for all keybindings, similar format to the global key config and read this on startup and save/update. Highlight duplicates if possible with a reset to defaults option in case of issues. A F1 OR F2 shortcut to the current keybindings list would be helpful as well. Thanks
