Use the PCM storage width when calculating sample offsets.

If a 24-bit sample occupies a padded four-byte slot, bytesPerSample is 3 but the slot width is 4. For non-interleaved audio, this line advances three bytes per frame instead of using asbd.mBytesPerFrame. Interleaved audio also uses three bytes per channel in sampleValue. The converter then reads the wrong samples and can distort or silence the recording. Derive frame and channel offsets from the storage layout, and add a padded 24-bit regression case. Review comment at @electron/native/ScreenCaptureKitRecorder.swift at line 1074:
Update the frame and channel offset calculations around `frameStride` to use the
PCM storage width from `asbd.mBytesPerFrame`, including padded 24-bit samples,
rather than the logical `bytesPerSample` width. Add a regression case for padded
24-bit audio that verifies the converter reads the correct samples.

Decode 24-bit PCM according to its endianness flag.

If the input is big-endian 24-bit PCM, these byte shifts interpret each sample as little-endian. Channel selection and the recorded signal are then incorrect. Check kAudioFormatFlagIsBigEndian when assembling samples, and cover both byte orders in the conversion tests. (developer.apple.com)

Update the 24-bit PCM conversion path in ScreenCaptureKitRecorder to check
kAudioFormatFlagIsBigEndian and assemble each sample in the indicated byte order
before sign extension. Ensure the conversion tests cover both big-endian and
little-endian samples.

Decode accepted signed 64-bit PCM instead of writing silence.

Line 1072 accepts 64-bit samples, but a signed 64-bit sample reaches this final return 0. The converter consequently returns a stereo buffer of silence rather than nil, so the original-sample fallback at Line 689 cannot apply. Add a signed 64-bit decode or reject that format before constructing the converted sample.

Update the signed PCM decoding path that ends with `if bits == 32` so accepted
64-bit samples are decoded rather than converted to silence; alternatively,
reject 64-bit PCM before constructing the converted sample so the
original-sample fallback can run.
