Framework modules are pre-1.0 and the hub history takes features as patch releases (llm 0.4.x, agent 0.4.x). Without these options release-please bumps the minor version for every
feat, so the pending bootloaderrun_chainfeature (#132) would release as 0.4.0 instead of 0.3.16. Setsbump-minor-pre-major(breaking change -> minor) andbump-patch-for-minor-pre-major(feature -> patch).
