Upgrade Flue to 2.2.2 to fix Claude 404s through the AI Gateway - #49

Flue 2.2.2 registers cloudflare-ai-gateway models on the native Anthropic endpoint under Anthropic's dashed ids (claude-sonnet-4-6). pi's dotted ids (claude-sonnet-4.6) were forwarded to Anthropic verbatim and 404ed. - @flue/*: ^2.2.1 -> ^2.2.2 - Opus 5.5 entry uses Anthropic's id (claude-opus-5-5), skipped if pi ships either form - README examples go back to dashed ids - Tests assert resolved ids are dashed, including dotted specifiers

@flue/*to^2.2.2, which fixes Claude models on the AI Gateway returning404 model: claude-sonnet-4.6 was not found(the RetriageJudge failure on astro@7.3.5: experimental_AstroContainer output now includes data-astro-source-* dev annotations (regression from #17736) astro#18162). pi's gateway catalog uses dotted ids, but the gateway's native Anthropic endpoint forwards the id to Anthropic, which only accepts dashed ids; Flue now registers these models under the dashed ids.claude-opus-5-5) instead ofclaude-opus-5.5, and is skipped if pi's catalog ships either form.cloudflare-ai-gateway/claude-opus-4-6), so configs resolve directly without Flue's version-separator warning.Testing
tests/ai-gateway.test.ts: resolution cases now expect dashed ids, and cover a dotted specifier (cloudflare-ai-gateway/claude-opus-4.6) resolving toclaude-opus-4-6.Docs
