Wire fixture coverage/profiling and the complete available test suite into CI/release checks, retaining test reports. Remove the bus-checker command that belongs to the excluded Tools package.

Document the breaking class/record migration, brake reactions, wheel compliance, typed buses and the exact draft validation scope. VehicleSim selects rear-inboard braking; other wrappers retain their own defaults. Keep historical release notes separate from the unreleased migration.

Validation: make ci command expansion references only shipped checks; mirrored coverage, Python lint, Modelica formatting and whitespace checks pass. The full release gate and exhaustive visual acceptance remain outstanding.

This is the final layer of a draft Modelica-only stack. No Python runtime/export tooling, new SS simulation or GGV implementation is included, and no release certification is claimed.

Stack (merge bottom-up):

  1. [Modelica] Modernize vehicle assemblies and mirrored fixtures #33
  2. [Tests] Add regression, coverage and diagram checks #34
  3. [Release] Wire release gates and document the Modelica migration #35 — this PR

Superseded by #54, following the subsystem stack beginning at #37. CI gates are explicit and dependencies are checked at every layer.
