Version 0.7.0 build 21, changelog, release notes, SECURITY.md supported versions, README, docs, website strings, and /download pointed at the 0.7.0 DMG and source tarball. Japanese, Hindi and Tamil are documented as Beta, checked with synthetic speech only.

Live words are unavailable whenever Whisper Turbo is used, not only in the Beta languages. Dictionary and streak fixes are described by what changed in the code. Test-only Settings work and removed menu code leave the user notes, and the selected-text tone precedence moves under Fixed.

Version 0.7.0 build 21, changelog, release notes, SECURITY.md supported-versions table, README, docs, website strings, and /download pointed at the 0.7.0 DMG and source tarball. Same shape as #456. No Sources, Tests or Package.swift changes.
Covers #472 (Japanese, Hindi and Tamil Beta), #471, #469, #470 and #467. #468 (Actions pins) is left out of the notes.
Verification run on this branch:
cd website && npm ci && npm run build && npm test: 105 passed.cd apps/docs:npm ci,check,type-check,knip,build, thenREQUIRE_OUT=1test:scriptsandtest:coverageall pass (coverage 96.54% lines).python3 -m unittest discover -s Tests/ReleaseTests: 36 tests OK.Not run: swift build and swift test (a full suite was running in the main checkout). Fresh install, VoiceOver, Bluetooth and USB microphones, and the Beta language paths and 1.6 GB download are still unverified on a device, and the notes say so.
