Change and mathematical scope
Add a portable certificate for one historical contact-chart obstruction on Ali Romman's PR #5660, head
3b0b4f37d5005f381ed9cfcccebfbe1ab35c71aa. Retagging onlyADD(586,733,"-4",597)to chart 652, at the same scalar position, requires donor 733 to follow597 → 652 → 597. Its later required source read is at frame 597. The return from the two-dimensional space with basis[82,268]to the one-dimensional space with basis[82]violates the source's strictly increasing public-MOVE rule. This completed physical stop concerns the proposed edit. It is not a defect in the published construction or a global chart-retiming obstruction. No changed full word, candidate paid invoice, signed saving, native/ordinary admission or new$\kappa$ is claimed. Pricing stops before the two nominated points because the physical premise fails.
Task and overlap
Publication base:
df0137efd35e11b4445734bf612bdd4c7ebc330c. The package declares a changed scope undercomplex-new-helper-inventory: one exact historical prerequisite, rather than the task card's full inventory goal. Public source data is committed inside the package with exact Git blob and SHA256 custody, avoiding dependency on cached predecessor commits or a network replay. The added finding is the uniquely bound donor read and direct-route stop. PR #5678, head$\kappa=0.00310815849$ ; this certificate does not transfer to that changed word. Neighboring Discussion #5645 reports separate native-frame region screens. No part of that search domain or exhaustive novelty is claimed.

The original independently reviewed serial normal/optimized pair completed in 1.1085932450077962 seconds with sampled peak RSS 52,711,424 bytes under a 150-second, 512 MiB guard. Both complete outputs match SHA256
41a58dbab3a8aa8215d76c01c3b557e425604ec5aab6e15782c3f0eb88ca63a4; all seven scoped controls reject. The donor reads at events 13554 and 14397 and the unique four-gate indices[14187,14189,14192,14194]are retained in the full output. The portable core changes one line only: its package-root assignment. Each registered command executes that core once and requires the entire original output hash plus the exact obstruction witness. The normal/optimized pair therefore performs two core executions, with 60-second child bounds. Two additional integrity controls reject altered compressed bytes and core bytes without decoding mutated data. Public evidence preserves both full original result byte strings and sanitized request/review/receipt extracts with original hashes.
The same verifier also supports a relocated, read-only, Git-free package. Metadata, committed-byte/source-history checks, registered replay and export replay are separate gates. The exact publication commit is
4fa65976daad6b5d603f925f920121022b819201(tested tree533657e3972ba845e3a1b4abbaf4c87ee3e4b37d). Metadata, all 32 committed file bytes and full source-history ancestry checks passed on that public commit. The checkout pair passed in 1.410 seconds with sampled RSS 72,646,656 bytes; the relocated read-only Git-free pair passed in 1.410 seconds with sampled RSS 73,117,696 bytes. Each pair used the same 150-second/512-MiB guard and 60-second child bounds, reproduced the complete original scientific result, and preserved package bytes and modes. The public and tested local commits have identical trees; their commit metadata differ. The pinned public COPY/SCALE grammar has not been equated to an archive member. Replay reads committed descriptor data directly and imports no source module. Endpoint matrices, owned erasure-zero values, native phases/all widths, ordinary costs and the complete caller/compiler/funding/BIT/outer conjunction remain outside this certificate.Credit
Ali Romman supplied PR #5660 and its complete published construction/verification. Its retained A2 lineage credits PR #3998, PR #4019 and zxv's PR #5643; PR #5644 supplies the helper relations and PR #5650 the released composition. Source notices retain David Arias, Cinna Davis, Gareth Davidson and the controller/native/compiler/precision lineage. Exact subspace inclusion and rational interval methods are classical. Chris R/Clear1nsight's qualification, independent static review and portable packaging used substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Apache-2.0 notices remain intact.

Stop this exact retag. No automatic fallback or neighboring scan follows. A changed source, scalar graph, chart, basis, schedule, boundary or private-return protocol needs a fresh nomination and ownership gate. The package's structured task record explains why no follow-up construction is justified by this result.
